This Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) is effective immediately for any person (“you”, “your” or “yours”, as applicable) visiting www.lightyearcoffee.com, or otherwise accessing or using the Lightyear Coffee LLC services and online and social media platform(s) (collectively, the “Services” or “Platform”) connected therewith.

The terms “Lightyear”, “we”, “us” and “our”, as applicable, refer to Lightyear Coffee LLC, the owner and provider of the Services.

Please note that if you access other websites or services clicking a link that we provide, the privacy policy of that website or service will apply to your activities there. We have no control over third party websites or services, and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of use pertaining to our Services and contained in the Terms of Use available within the Services, including this Privacy Policy. Communications from Lightyear. 1. Content such as updates and newsletters – If you wish to subscribe to one of our newsletters, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. This information will be used to disseminate the requested information to you. You may choose to opt-out of these communications at any time by following the instructions in such communications. 2. Customer Service – we may communicate with you by email to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to your access to the Platform.  

Sharing of Information. We do not share any of your information with any other party, except in the following cases: (a) If you authorize us to do so; (b) We are required by law to do so; (c) In the aggregate to third party advertisers and partners. This information is not linked to any personally identifiable information; (d) To provide services such as email newsletter delivery. The companies that provide these services for us may not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

In addition, we will keep some personal information you have asked us to remove for the following purposes: (a) to troubleshoot problems; (b) to assist with investigations; (c) to enforce our Terms of Use; or (d) to comply with legal requirements.

Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personal information will always be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests.

Privacy Policies of Third Party Websites. When you use a link to go from our Services to a website operated by a third party, this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activity on that third party website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by third party websites linked to or from our Services, nor for the information or content contained therein.
